TRAIN: The 'Wairarapa Line' runs between Wellington and Wairarapa - here is the timetable and information.
BUS: The Tranzit / Intercity bus runs from Palmerston North to Wairarapa - here is information.
AIR: Most residents fly into Wellington, although the airport at Palmerston North is roughly the same distance away.
