Connah Podmore Selected to be the 2015 ANZAC Fellow

We are very pleased to announce that Wellington-based interdisciplinary artist Connah Podmore has been selected to be this year's ANZAC Fellow. Connah will develop a video work and sound recordings of memorial letters written and read by descendants/community members. These letters will be the result of workshops with the artist and associated discussion about the process and nature of memorialisation. They are also likely to take a physical form and have an appropriate role to play at the remembrance service held at the ANZAC Memorial Bridge on ANZAC Day. Video and sound recordings will also, hopefully have a longer life, perhaps on the internet and radio! Congratulations Connah.
